Think of Weekly Recap as your personal highlight reel — a curated snapshot of your week’s fitness and activity achievements.

Each week, ZOZOFIT pulls in your logged data — including activity from Apple Health and nutrition insights from your Food Journal (in the ZOZOFIT app) — to spotlight your standout moments. Before the scale moves or your reflection changes, Weekly Recap gives you real proof that you’re putting in the work.

And to keep things fun and motivating, we’ve introduced medals. These aren't about perfection — they’re about showing up, staying consistent, and celebrating how far you've come.
