Back pain. Tight hips. A belly that pops forward even when your weight is fine.
We all feel it, but we rarely think to connect it to our posture.

More than 600 million people globally live with lower back pain—and many don’t realize their daily posture is a major contributor. Poor alignment can shrink lung capacity by up to 30%, making it harder to breathe deeply, move freely, and train effectively. It’s not just about how you look. It’s how you live.

So, why did we add a Posture Score?

Because your shape doesn’t exist in isolation. How you hold your body is just as important as what your body is made of.
We built ZOZOFIT to help people see their progress clearly, not just in inches and percentages, but in how well their body functions and carries itself.

If your pelvis is tilted, your back slouches, or your shoulders are uneven, it changes everything—from how your clothes fit to how your muscles work. We wanted to capture that. And since you're already stepping into the scanner, we figured—why not check your posture too?

How it works

During your scan, ZOZOFIT checks eight posture points: your head, spine, knees, shoulders, and hips. Each has an optimal range—based on research, not guesses.
The closer you stay to those sweet spots, the higher your score (out of 100). You’ll land in one of four tiers:

  • Perfectly Aligned

  • Mostly Aligned

  • Slightly Unaligned

  • Moderately Unaligned

We won’t flood you with data. Just a number and a short note to help you understand what’s working—and what could use a little shift.

Why it’s worth checking

Bad posture doesn’t just look off. It messes with how your body functions. It can lead to chronic pain, poor mobility, reduced strength, and even slower progress in your workouts. On the other hand, standing tall and aligned opens your chest, strengthens your core, protects your joints, and improves how your silhouette appears—without you changing a single gram of body weight.

Most misalignments are easy to start improving with small daily habits. The first step is just knowing where you stand.

Ready to try?

Your next scan will include a Posture Score, automatically.
It’s not a judgment—it’s a baseline. From there, every shoulder roll, hip stretch, or deep breath you take can build toward a stronger, straighter, more confident version of you.

Let’s keep measuring what matters.
