Why we built this

Progress in fitness doesn’t come from one place.

We believe that understanding these patterns is just as important as tracking your physical changes.

The FIT Identity Test was created to help you understand how you naturally build habits, stay consistent, and make progress.

What is the FIT Identity Test?

The FIT Identity Test is a short assessment that looks at:

  • how you think

  • how you make decisions

  • how you build and maintain habits

Through a fitness lens, it identifies one of 16 unique FIT Identity typeseach reflecting a different way of approaching progress. Each type highlights where you tend to get stuck and where you naturally thrive.

It’s not about putting you in a box. It’s about helping you see patterns you might not have noticed before.

This is just one small step in a much larger direction.

At ZOZOFIT, we’re working toward a more personalized and adaptive fitness experience, one that supports not just your body, but the way you move, think, and grow.

The FIT Identity Test is an early way of exploring that. It helps us to begin to understand your patterns, so we can eventually support you in ways that feel more natural, intuitive, and effective.
