“What if those photos get used without my permission?”
“Are my scan images stored on the cloud?”

These are completely fair questions. And the truth is simple:
ZOZOFIT doesn’t keep, upload, or even see your photos.

Your photos never leave your phone

When you do a ZOZOFIT body scan, your phone’s camera captures a few temporary images to calculate your measurements.
Those photos are processed instantly — right there on your device — and then deleted automatically.
No backups, no cloud copies, no uploads.

Once the scan is complete, what’s left is only non-image data — things like depth maps and measurement points. They’re just numbers, not pictures.

What gets sent to ZOZOFIT

Only encrypted measurement data (not photos) are uploaded so your results can sync with your account.
Even our engineers can’t see your body images — because they don’t exist after your scan finishes.

This privacy change was introduced with the FIT-1652 SDK update, which completely removed image storage from our system.
So even if a scan fails, no image is ever saved.

This update only applies to body scan photos.
If you upload photos to your Food Journal, those are securely stored in your account to help track your progress. They’re never shared publicly or used for anything else.
