What do I do if I’m still having trouble with using the ZOZOFIT app?

If you are still having issues while using the ZOZOFIT app, please contact us immediately at support@zozofit.com so that we can help you through the process. Please make sure to include details on the issues that you are experiencing, as well as information about the device that you are using the ZOZOFIT app with, including edition of the device and which version of the software you are currently using. 

If you are able to include any screenshots of the issues you are having within the ZOZOFIT app when contacting us, that would also be helpful for our team to review as we work toward making sure you can complete the scanning process.
